Check this session at the coming conference "The Changing Role for Canadians in Development" by His Excellency Dr. Sulley Gariba. He will provide the perspective of a well known development expert on the changing role for Canadian development professionals and the role that Canadians can play in accelerating the socio-economic transformation of these emerging economies and societies.

A quick note regarding our upcoming joint conference with CCIC, "International Cooperation Days 2015: Universal Goals, Canadian Challenges" taking place in Gatineau, May 12-14th.

Next week will see the launch of the website and registrations for our annual conference which is shaping up to be the best ever. This is our second year collaborating with the Canadian Council for International Cooperation (CCIC) to produce International Cooperation Days 2015. This year we are looking at where development is going under the theme "Universal Goals, Canadian Challenges."

CAIDP arranged a discussion with DFATD on the mechanisms to be used for contracting development evaluation services in the future.

CAIDP provided input into a potential design for a Development Finance Institution (DFI).
