Salasan Consulting Inc is seeking an experienced individual to provide structured capacity building to a national Program Coordinator supporting Indigenous women–led climate adaptation initiatives in Nepal. This hands-on role focuses on strengthening practical skills in project management, community facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and climate leadership support. The Advisor will coach the Coordinator in planning, budgeting, monitoring, government engagement, and documentation, while helping consolidate simple systems and tools for sustainability. The ideal candidate brings experience in community development, small project management, gender equality approaches, and cross-cultural mentoring. South Asia experience is an asset. This is a volunteer position, with travel, housing, health insurance and a daily allowance provided. Location: Nepal (Kathmandu-based with rural travel) | Duration: ~3 months
