I am pleased to share with you an article, entitled “Did the COVID-19 pandemic accelerate localisation?” that was published earlier this week in the Canadian Journal of Development Studies. The article analyses whether the COVID-19 pandemic accelerated or created new understandings of localisation within Canada’s international development sector.
