Biographies:

Victoria Clark is a Senior Policy Advisor with the Ontario Ministry of International Trade (MIT). She holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Western Ontario and a JD from the University of Ottawa, where she specialized in international law. After completing her articles with Global Affairs Canada, she was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2014. Since being called to the bar, she practiced law with the Trade Law Bureau of Canada (JLT), where she advised the federal government on matters relating to Canada's international trade and investment law obligations, including market access, government procurement, and investment law. At MIT, she advises the Government of Ontario on its international trade and investment obligations with a focus on disputes. She is on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Council on International Law and co-chaired its annual conference in 2014 and 2015. She is also a Member of the Organization of Women in International Trade. 

Ksenia Polonskaya is a Phd Candidate at Queen’s University, Faculty of Law. Ksenia holds LLM from University of Toronto, Faculty of Law. Ksenia is currently a Contributing Editor for IPilogue at Osgoode Law School. Ksenia is a recipient of graduate scholarship from Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI) and served as research assistant at CIGI in 2017. In 2013-2014, Ksenia served as Associate Editor at University of Toronto Law Review.
