Quinn is an experienced global development professional with over 15 years of expertise in leading and implementing complex projects in collaboration with government, private sector, and educational stakeholders.
As the Manager of Global Education Projects at Niagara College, Quinn oversees a diverse portfolio of international capacity-building partnerships, projects, and global engagement initiatives. Her extensive experience and strong relationship-building skills enable her to cultivate strategic partnerships with institutions in Canada and abroad, furthering the mission of Niagara College in global capacity-building.
Quinn previously held roles with Seneca College as International Project Manager, Global Innovation & Skills Development Canada (GISDC) as Director of Projects and Partnerships and with Niagara College as an International Project Specialist. Prior to working in the Canadian college sector, Quinn spent some time teaching English as a Second Language in Taiwan and South Korea.
In addition to her professional achievements, Quinn co-founded and serves on the board of the Dominican-Canadian Community Development Group (DCCD), a not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting community development and access to education initiatives in rural Dominican Republic for over two decades. She holds an International Development Graduate Certificate (Honours) and a Project Management Graduate Certificate (Honours) from Humber College.
