International governance and justice consultant (M.A., J.D.) with more than 20 years experience as a government constitutional legal advisor (Canada). Experience and expertise in constitutional law, rule of law, judicial independence, general governance issues, legal reform, analysis of legislation, human rights, intellectual property law and privacy issues. Extensive experience in translating legal framework principles into practical solutions, monitoring and project management. Teacher's certification and teaching experience in France, Canada and Somaliland. 

International experience includes: Visiting Professional with ICC (Den Hague, Netherlands); election observer with Mission Canada, Canadem (Ukraine); international gender expert with UNDP (Belarus); Visiting Fellow at British Institute of International and Comparative Law (London, UK). Recent work: report on institutional judicial independence in the Commonwealth of Nations for the Commonwealth Secretariat (London, UK, 2016); constitutional law training for Supreme Court judges (UK consulting company under contract to FCO, UK) (Hargeisa, Somaliland, 2017); report on vulnerable goups in criminal justice system for Commonwealth Secretariat (London, UK, 2018). Extensive organizational and leadership work with CBA; volunteer work with migrants, UK and Canada.

Recent intensive French study. French language skills rated at B.2.2 in EU rating system.
