For over thirty years, Dr. Harvey has been re-imagining international education and workforce development. Innovating new, inclusive, relevant and cost-effective avenues for students to succeed is his passion. His expertise includes program brokering, student recruitment and success, work-integrated learning, employer engagement, micro-credentials, rural development, immigration, project management and evaluation. Dr. Harvey has collaborated with stakeholders to lead dozens of successful funding proposals, market and academic research, program feasibility studies, strategy development, implementation plans and evaluations. Researching and executing novel approaches to workforce development that engage both learners and employers are Dr. Harvey’s principal areas of expertise.
