Biography:
Nandy Heule is a communications consultant and writer based in Toronto. She has successfully worked with Executive Directors, CEOs, Bay Street accountants, and aid workers in rural Africa. A core technical skill continues to be news writing and she launched her career as a staff reporter in daily news.
Nandy has a special interest in international development. She has worked in this sector as a board member, volunteer, employee and consultant for over 15 years with organizations such as Oikocredit Canada-Central, Oikocredit International and World Vision.
She earned an MA at the Graduate School of Journalism at the University of Western Ontario and studied economics at Calvin College in Michigan. Nandy grew up in the Netherlands, studied and worked in America, and moved to Canada in 1984. She now lives with her husband in Toronto. You can visit her at www.heulecommunications.com
