Dr. Holly Catalfamo is currently the Senior Director of Global Education and Training at Niagara College.
She believes that education transforms lives and that the ability to see the world through a global lens is essential for success. A 3M National Teaching Fellow, Holly combines her strong academic credentials with educational leadership experience.
As a professor for over 20 years, Holly has been a leader in global development projects supporting educators and institutions in the areas of curriculum development and gender equality.
Holly’s commitment to academic and professional excellence is evident through the numerous awards she has received, including the Colleges and Institutes Canada Gold Leadership Excellence Award for Faculty (2018), and the National College Sector Educator Award from the Society for Teaching and Learning in Higher Education (2016).
In 2021, Holly co-authored “The invisible rules: What’s really holding women back in business and how to fix it.” Holly received her Doctor of Education from the University of Toronto with a focus on leadership and leadership development.
