Senior Evaluation and Performance Management Consultants
Based in Montreal, Universalia (www.universalia.ca) provides consulting services in performance assessment and evaluation to a broad range of international organizations, governmental departments and agencies, foundations and NGOs. Much of its work focuses on international development, humanitarian assistance, including fragile states. Universalia is active around the world in a wide variety of sectors.
Universalia is currently seeking two (2) senior professionals to take on marketing and project management responsibilities in our Performance Assessment and Evaluation practices. Successful candidates’ entrepreneurial personalities will allow them to strengthen and broaden the sphere of their activities. Highly motivated, they will have proven track records of generating and managing consulting and evaluation projects.

Requirements
§ Minimum ten (10) years’ experience in evaluation and/or management consulting.
§ Proven track record in bidding and winning contracts.
§ Demonstrated capacity to manage a team of analysts/consultants in providing quality products in areas such as development evaluation, impact studies, policy reviews and results oriented management.
§ Strong academic credentials in appropriate field, ideally including publications.
§ Fluency in English and/or French with other languages an asset.
