Brief Description
Looking for a research assistant
- Preferably a graduate student in economics, international development or sociology/political science with interest/focus on quantitative approach and international development.
- This would be to support me on two project. A project on Malawi ( some 20 hours to be completed in January) and a project on Niger ( some 40-50 hours to be confirmed).
- The work is mostly to compile data from reliable sources, draw graphs and diagrams, check for comparability, put them in table format. For Niger (once confirmed), this may include correlation analysis and plotting of data as well as time series analysis.
- The hourly rate range from 25-35 $, according to experience and language skills (being fully bilingual french-english is a must.
- I will of course interview candidates before I make final offer.
