Brief Description
CLIC with its partner AARC are looking to identify a technical team leader who has worked in a similar institution and is able to provide specific advisory services in support of the 2-year Change Management Process that is being implemented by the partners. The NIH Project has three specific strategic outcomes:
- SO1: Develop the NIH’s Strategic Plan in line with the country’s Vision 2030;
- SO2: Develop the Grants Fund Strategic Plan and the monitoring and evaluation systems and processes;
- SO3: Develop a research learning and training program
This is a full-time position in Riyadh, KSA. The consultant will work with a team of consultants implementing a 2-year project focused on the delivery of the three Strategic Objectives.
