As a volunteer with Rejoice Africa, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the three-year Young Leaders Development (YLD) training program by utilizing your creative skills in graphic design to aid in training materials, with the goal of empowering youth and young leaders to become community leaders themselves.
Rejoice Africa is dedicated to developing African youth for the betterment of society through various means such as education, coaching, counselling, mentoring, internships, and networking. The Young Leaders Development program builds upon previous training programs that have been used for years to equip youth with personal awareness and vocational excellence. YLD is specifically designed as a three-year training program that will enable young adults to become leaders within their communities. Emphasizing the transformation of trainees' leadership skills rather than focusing on positional leadership, YLD aims to equip and empower individuals through education and vocational training.

About E-Volunteering
Cuso International’s e-volunteering program welcomes new and returning volunteers to work with our international program partners and volunteers remotely. E-volunteering offers many of the benefits gained from international volunteering while having the extra advantage of fitting into one's regular weekly schedule without needing a passport. Contributing and giving back to a community, gaining new skills, and making new connections are common benefits of e-volunteering and for Cuso International it is a great opportunity to engage more people in its mission.
E-Volunteers are expected to supply their own basic home office equipment and Internet and have a moderate knowledge of computer technology. Some of our partners are located in remote areas with unreliable internet connections. In addition, for some of our partners, this is their first experience working with e-volunteers so flexibility and patience are valuable e-volunteer characteristics.
