Brief Description
The Inter American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture is looking for an international professional to take on the role of Director of the Human Talent Division at IICA Headquarters. This person will direct the processes of Development and Management of the Human Capital of the Institute in order to support the achievement of the mandate and the present and future objectives of IICA and Lead, orchestrate and coordinate the human resources services with all other units of the Institute to provide modern, effective and efficient support to the personnel of IICA.
