PROJECT OVERVIEW The CHF/DFATD-funded, RESULT-Northern Ghana Project (Resilient and Sustainable Livelihoods Transformation, Northern Ghana) will be implemented in select districts of the Northern, Upper East, and Upper West Regions of Ghana over a six year period. As the Canadian Executing Agency, CHF is responsible for the overall project management and delivery of a large project in Northern Ghana where CHF works with its partner, the Association of Church-based Development NGOs (ACDEP), to improve livelihoods and household food security and reduce poverty in rural communities. CHF’s Canadian Field Project Director (CFPD) will be based in Tamale, Northern Region and will be responsible for overall management of the project, including project planning, implementation, contracting, and reporting. The CFPD will coordinate and manage relationships with ACDEP, liaise and coordinate with a diversity of key stakeholders, and manage a cadre of senior-level technical specialists, including the Deputy Field Project Manager (DFPM). Under the direction of the CFPD, the DFPM will be responsible for coordination and management of RESULT’s implementing teams. |
