Monitoring and Evaluation During Covid-19
CAIDP member and senior evaluator Elizabeth Dyke convened a conversation about the constraints and options before us as we come to grips with the COVID – 19. She and colleague Brian McKay share their experiences and ideas and solicit the same from participants.
