Double taxation in USA & Canada (DTAA)

Dear All

I am looking for a tax preparer who is well versed in filing Canadian tax returns for those who have US source income, and is well-versed in double taxation avoidance agreement (DTAA) issues between US and Canada. I will greatly appreciate any recommendations.
