Together 2018
Collaboration, Innovation and the Sustainable Development Goals, Canada’s second annual symposium on the SDGs, will be held this November 5 & 6, 2018 in Edmonton, Alberta, hosted in partnership with the University of Alberta.
Building on the foundation of partnership, innovation, and cross-sector collaboration, Together 2018 is designed to inspire energy, enthusiasm, and most importantly, action on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Canada and around the globe. Together 2018 will also enable attendees to develop their roles as leaders in sustainable development with opportunities to:
- Learn about current work on the SDGs by all levels of government, civil society,
- academia and the private sector;
- Share good practices and lessons learned between organizations
- Create new partnerships and forward-thinking solutions for the achievement of the SDGs;
- Measure progress on the SDGs and report that progress on a periodic basis;
- Advance together using the knowledge, skills, tools and networks gained in your organizations.
