Citizen Attaché is a venture supported by Engineers Without Borders Canada, which bridges the gap between talented Canadians and internationally-focused institutions through opportunities for collaboration, skill and knowledge-sharing.
Citizen Attaché is planning a hackathon in Ottawa for the weekend of August 24th and 25th which will bring together technologists, data analysts, and international development experts from across the sector to create useful products, insights and analysis of Canada's international aid data.
We are looking for participants who fit any of these descriptors - event details can be found at http://citizen-attache.github.io/. The deadline to apply is July 29th.
We are also looking for project proposals (related to Canada's foreign aid data) for the hackathon teams to work on throughout the weekend.
