This will be a 4-week, online course, running from Monday, July 10th to Friday, August 4th. We will meet on Zoom 2X a week from 12-1 on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and you will have access to course materials and assignments throughout the course, as well as the opportunity for Q&A by email and on Zoom.
The introductory price for the course is $995, after June 23rd it will increase to $1495.

3) Fall policy opportunities -why is it important to engage in policy? -but are we allowed? -budget consultations -fall economic update -mobilizing your supporters -where to find all the info you need to prepare
4) Proposal development: -How to prepare a strong proposal -Program theory basics
5) Preparing a Fall Funding Plan
Step 1: What are your specific goals?
Step 2: Where is the alignment?
Step 3: Evaluate what's possible and identify priorities
Step 4: put in place your plan each step and who is involved
Step 5: execute, listen, adapt and adjust Step 6: eyes open & ear to the ground for any and all opportunities
