The implementing partner(s) will be responsible for providing a range of services in support of Global Affairs Canada development and humanitarian programming in the four countries. The partner will also be responsible for a program to strengthen the capacity of local organizations and movements working to advance the rights of women and girls and promote gender equality. Inclusion of a regional or local women’s rights organization as part of the consortium will be mandatory.
