CIDA responds to consultant's concerns about travel: "The Agency's approach to consultants' travel has not been modified ... Nor is our approach more restrictive ... in travelling in business class, the clauses in our contracts provide consultants with the flexibility to do so ... However, in order to determine the amount that CIDA can reimburse, appropriate supporting documentation indicating the cost of the most economical fare at the time of the booking was made is required."
