The founder of Agriteam Canada, Robert Francis has over 25 years of experience managing and directing major international projects and consulting assignments for CIDA, the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, governments, private sector clients, and other funding agencies. As President and CEO, Mr. Francis provides leadership and management support to all of Agriteam’s senior managers, assures the quality on all of the company’s projects, and liaises with clients. Notably, Mr. Francis has provided technical leadership in several of the company’s agriculture and food security projects and most recently, has served as Canadian Project Director for the China Policy Options Project and the China Public Sector Reform Project. He is very familiar with the processes and requirements of bilateral and international financial institutions, including results-based management, reporting, and financial control.
