REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The Development Program of the Canadian Embassy in Ukraine is seeking proposals to contract a consultant/organization for a period of up to 6 months in order to conduct a summative evaluation of the Support for Grassroots Democracy in Ukraine project.
