This person will Manage and coordinate the Technical Program “Innovation for Productivity and Competitiveness” pursuant to the guidelines established in IICA’s 2014-2018 Medium-term Plan (MTP) and any others that the General Directorate and the Director of Technical Cooperation may issue.
