Public Accounts/Payroll Management Specialist

Icegate Solutions has been shortlisted to respond to an opportunity in Ghana.
 The scope of this engagement is to develop a business continuity and disaster recovery plan for the Controller and Accountant Generals Department (CAGD).
 
 We are looking for a team member with Public Accounts/Payroll Management expertise
 
 The list of activities include:
 ·       Conduct Business Impact Analysis for critical processes
 ·       Define Business Recovery objectives, priorities, and expectations
 ·       identify critical, time-sensitive functions and systems
 ·      An in-depth analysis and report on the adequacy of present planning efforts to restore critical and time-sensitive business areas of CAGD.
 ·       Identification and prioritization of the restoration of the CAGD’s applications, and services.
 
 The project is proposed to commence in Dec 2012.
