Description brève

This project seeks to map the current state of social norms integration into practice in anti-corruption, governance, integrity, transparency and accountability programming implemented in contexts of endemic corruption. It will then develop an international event to advance knowledge and practice in the field.
The mapping will find self-identified social norms programming in the anti-corruption, governance and integrity/transparency and accountability promotion areas, identifying where programming is/has been tried, how it was conceptualized, what concrete activities are being implemented, how are they doing M&E and what results have been achieved. Based on this assessment, the project will design and convene an event to advance learning and practice in the field.
Working with the CJL Co-Directors, the Consultant will lead the mapping of existing practice and the design and organization of the event. This will occur in three phases, with the specifics of each phase emerging from the prior one.
